Recap: Last time, on Detective Conan, our eponymous main character was out to track down the sinister Black Organization.
Recap: Of course, with the Detective Boys and Ran around, things are getting more dangerous by the minute.

{In the parking garage of Canal City Hakata}
* Ayumi arrives at the 30th spot in the 5th row, looking around
* ProfessorAgasa storms out of the elevator, exhausted.
HattoriHeiji: "Oi!" Heiji tried to catch up with Ayumi. "This is dangerous."
* Ayumi evades Heiji-oniisan
HattoriHeiji: Heiji sighed and frantically looked around. He hoped Kudou would come any second.
* Ayumi makes a shushing gesture
Ayumi: *whispering* What if Conan-kun's in trouble?
* Ayumi stays in the spot, certain that this is the right place
HattoriHeiji: "Then you let us handle it rather than a child running in head first. Don't you remember what happened in that cave? Conan was in critical condition after being shot." He harshly whispered
Ayumi: *remembers, though she's not sure how Heiji knows about it* Um...
Ayumi: But what if he needs help?
* Vodka slides open the van door behind Heiji quietly and pulls out a bat.
Ayumi: KYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!
* Vodka hits him over the head.
HattoriHeiji: "I suppose since I'm here it isn't as bad... But what- OI!"
* Ayumi spots Vodka and tries to alert Heiji
Gin: Get the girl!
HattoriHeiji: Heiji falls to the ground with a thud.
* Gin slams open his van's door.
* Ayumi spins around and tries to run away
* Gin grips her right arm and jerks her back.
Gin: Trying to get away, tantei-chan?
* ProfessorAgasa glances left and right in the parking garage.
ProfessorAgasa: What was that sound?
Ayumi: KYAAAAAAAAAAAAA!
ProfessorAgasa: Where did Ayumi-kun go?!
* Ayumi tries to break free
* Ayumi is still yelling at the top of her lungs
* Gin puts a hand over her mouth and drags her into a van.
Gin: Get the other one!
Vodka: Right, Aniki.
EdogawaConan: Ayumi-chan! *darts off toward the sound*
* Vodka pulls Hattori's unconscious body into the van.
[TsuburayaMitsuhiko]: Mitsuhiko who was very much out of break reached the garage. He heard tires screeching echo through the garage
* ProfessorAgasa runs after Conan.
* Vodka is in the van.
Gin: Vermouth! Drive!
* Ayumi is still struggling, trying to break free, but of course not having much success
* Ayumi resolves to get Ran to teach her some karate
* Gin reaches to the front and tears open a package.
* Gin puts a chloroform cloth to Ayumi's face.
* EdogawaConan spots the moving black van and veers to follow it
[TsuburayaMitsuhiko]: Mitsuhiko ran for the parking spot and didn't know what to do or what was going on.
* Ayumi blacks out
* Gin closes the van door.
Gin: Chianti, hit the gas.
Gin: NOW!
[TsuburayaMitsuhiko]: "Ha.. Hakase? Conan-kun? What happened? Where are Ayumi-chan and Heiji-san?" Mitsuhiko asked. They were a ways off where he was standing
* ProfessorAgasa pants.
ProfessorAgasa: Conan-kun got ahead of me...
ProfessorAgasa: I'm not fast enough to keep up...
ProfessorAgasa: Ayumi-kun screamed! I warned her...
ProfessorAgasa: Oh no...
* EdogawaConan flips on the tracking glasses, trying to find where everyone is
* ProfessorAgasa has a look of horror on his face.
[TsuburayaMitsuhiko]: "What? What did I miss?!" He grabbed Hakase's pant leg.
* EdogawaConan curses as he realizes that Ayumi is in the moving black van
* Gin is sitting in the back seat and notices the badge, tearing it off Ayumi's shirt.
Gin: Maybe this tantei-chan was better equipped than I thought...
ProfessorAgasa: Ayumi-kun... I don't know what's happened!
* Gin looks closely at it.
* Gin grits his teeth.
* EdogawaConan hops on his skateboard and powers it up, preparing to chase one of the vans
[TsuburayaMitsuhiko]: "Those tire screeches... Hakase... They weren't. Were they?" He looked up at him worried
EdogawaConan: *passing Hakase* They grabbed Ayumi-chan!
* Gin turns his expression to a smile and inserts a piece of plastic, temporarily cutting off power to the badge, making it untrackable and unusable.
ProfessorAgasa: Oh-- Oh no!
* ProfessorAgasa gets a new wind and sprints after Conan.
* EdogawaConan continues pursuing the van, knowing that Ayumi is there even if the signal is cut off
[TsuburayaMitsuhiko]: His eyes widened, tears threatened to come. "But... HOW?! CONAN-KUN!!" he screamed after him. He couldn't run anymore.
* EdogawaConan is moving at full speed on the turbo skateboard
* Vodka has Vermouth veer off in a different direction.
* Gin moves out onto a one-lane street.
* EdogawaConan follows the van that the tracker was in
Gin: Give me the wheel!
* Gin grabs the wheel and holds it in place as Chianti moves out.
* EdogawaConan tries to speed up so he can catch the van carrying Ayumi
* Gin suddenly comes to a break-neck stop with Conan following at full speed.
* EdogawaConan is cursing in his head, wondering how the heck Ayumi managed to get into this mess
* EdogawaConan swerves, trying not to crash into the van, and then rolls off the skateboard and back to his feet
* Gin accelerates again, pulling away.
* Gin flicks his cigarette out the window.
* EdogawaConan is now on the side of the road, staring after the vans, cursing under his breath
* ProfessorAgasa pads out of the building.
EdogawaConan: And now I have no way to follow them....*dark look*
HaibaraAi: Haibara had a real bad feeling. She had at least expected a "call" from Yoshida-san saying they had found a new clue excitedly. But... There was no notice of any kind. "Kudou-kun. What happened?" She whispered silently, hugging herself
* EdogawaConan trudges back to Hakase, dark look telling everything.
RanMouri: *lost somewhere in the building*
ProfessorAgasa: Shini--
ProfessorAgasa: Conan-kun...
EdogawaConan: No good.
EdogawaConan: They got away...
[TsuburayaMitsuhiko]: Mitsuhiko trudged up to them. "Ayumi-chan and Heiji-san were kidnapped? Why? I.. I don't understand.."
EdogawaConan: Ayumi-chan is in one of those vans...
* ProfessorAgasa blank look of horror.
EdogawaConan: I think they got Hattori too, but I'm not sure.
EdogawaConan: And the badge stopped working, so I can't track her.
* EdogawaConan curses softly.
* ProfessorAgasa pulls out his cellphone and calls Hattori's phone.
EdogawaConan: Is there any other way to track them?
[TsuburayaMitsuhiko]: "Heiji-san has a phone right? I saw this thing on TV about GPS and stuff... Can't we do that?"
EdogawaConan: Right!
EdogawaConan: *eyes go wide* Excellent thinking, Mitsuhiko-kun! *claps him on the shoulder*
ProfessorAgasa: I got the voice mailbox...
[TsuburayaMitsuhiko]: "Hehe... Well...” He rubs the back of his head.
EdogawaConan: Hakase, can we track the cell phones?
* ProfessorAgasa hands the phone to Conan so he can listen to the message.
EdogawaConan: I know Ayumi-chan has one...
* EdogawaConan listens to the message.
Vermouth: [voice mailbox] "My myyy~~ Looks like the tanned cute detective boy can’t answer right now. He's a bit busy~ Sorry, Cool Guy~! 3 Leave a message... or else~!"
EdogawaConan: Vermouth....What are you trying to pull?
EdogawaConan: Why did you pull Ayumi-chan into this?
ProfessorAgasa: I already listened to it once.
ProfessorAgasa: Suffice to say, I think they got rid of the phone.
* EdogawaConan looks thoughtful
[TsuburayaMitsuhiko]: "Vermouth? The alcohol?" Mitsuhiko blinked. "Conan-kun... This is really bad, isn't it?"
EdogawaConan: We should try tracing Ayumi-chan's phone anyway....
EdogawaConan: Yes, Mitsuhiko-kun, it's really bad.
ProfessorAgasa: Right.
ProfessorAgasa: Do you have the number to contact the inspector at the
EdogawaConan: These guys...they're really bad people....
EdogawaConan: Yeah...*pulls out his phone and dials*
[TsuburayaMitsuhiko]: "Wasn't Ran-san with us? Did she..."
Gin: Chianti.
Gin: Pass me the girl's phone.
EdogawaConan: *looks up at Mitsu* Ran-neechan was with you, wasn't she?
[TsuburayaMitsuhiko]: Laughs sheepishly. "I guess she couldn't keep up... I guess I'll go look for her." Mitsuhiko turned to go back into the mall thing for her.
EdogawaConan: Thanks.
EdogawaConan: *waiting for the phone to connect*
Gin: The phone, Chianti.
Chianti: Mmmhhhh...! *searching* Here. At her age, I never had something like this--- blah. Here.
Gin: Expect the unexpected, Chianti.
Gin: That's what keeps us alive.
* Gin keeps driving and throws the phone out onto the highway.
[TsuburayaMitsuhiko]: Mitsuhiko thought he'd have more luck on the floor they were originally on. He looks around the restaurants for Ran. "Ran-san? Are you here?"
EdogawaConan: *still waiting for the phone to connect with the police department*
WatanabeEiji: Fukuoka Police Investigations Department.
WatanabeEiji: This is Chief Inspector Watanabe Eiji speaking.
EdogawaConan: Ah! Watanabe-keibu? *Kudou's voice*
WatanabeEiji: Ah, Kudou, do you have another case solved for us?
WatanabeEiji: I've been awaiting your call.
WatanabeEiji: You know, we really should have you on salary.
EdogawaConan: *Kudou's voice* Actually this is a case-in-progress...a kidnapping.
WatanabeEiji: What? You have information on a kidnapping?
WatanabeEiji: Where?
WatanabeEiji: When did it happen?
EdogawaConan: *thinking* Well, whoever is pretending to be me has the voice right, then...
Vermouth: Angel...? Gin, stop right now.
EdogawaConan: *Kudou’s voice* At the Canal City Hakata about 5-10 minutes ago.
* Vermouth stops the car, slowly
WatanabeEiji: I'll have my officers look into it. Do you have any other information?
Vermouth: I'll be here in a minute...
* WatanabeEiji yells some stuff in the background.
Vodka: Make it fast.
* Vermouth gets out of the car, walking slowly
Vodka: Gin said we don't want to give them any time to catch up.
EdogawaConan: *k* The victim is one Yoshida Ayumi, age 7, visiting with friends.
EdogawaConan: *k* She was snatched in the parking garage...
RanMouri: I-- I should call Conan-kun...
EdogawaConan: *k* by people in two black vans.
WatanabeEiji: I see.
* WatanabeEiji barks more orders.
* Vermouth grabs her gun and gets closer
EdogawaConan: *k* I was hoping you could trace her cell phone...*gives him the info on Ayumi's cell
WatanabeEiji: Yeah, I'll have a team on that shortly.
EdogawaConan: *k* Thanks.
WatanabeEiji: You're a professional Kudou, so I'll ask you this as a one to another.
EdogawaConan: *k* Yes?
WatanabeEiji: Was this a novice job, or did they know what they were doing?
WatanabeEiji: Professionals wouldn't keep the phone, and they sure as hell wouldn't leave prints on it.
EdogawaConan: *k* This is a professional job. These guys are VERY dangerous.
WatanabeEiji: I see. I'll look into it anyway.
* Vermouth hits Ran with the gun in the head
EdogawaConan: *k* No, they wouldn't keep the phone...but they may not realize that she has one.
* RanMouri falls to the floor, unconscious
Vodka: We aren't supposed to attract more attention!
Vodka: Get in the car, Vermouth!
* Vermouth picks up Ran and gets her into the car, taking off her clothes
Vermouth: Just don’t ask. Drive, and take her with you.
Vodka: ...
Vodka: Aniki said--
Vermouth: Something is wrong here, Vodka.
EdogawaConan: *k* Ah, keibu, one more thing...
Vermouth: And I must protect this girl.
Vodka: ...Whatever. It's just another hostage.
WatanabeEiji: Yes/
Vermouth: She's important... *sighs* to Anokata.
EdogawaConan: *k* Ayumi-chan wasn't the only one they took...Hattori was trying to rescue her...
* Vodka climbs into the driver's seat
* Vodka hits the gas after the door is closed.
* Vermouth disguises as Ran
WatanabeEiji: Hattori?
WatanabeEiji: I'm not familiar with the name.
[TsuburayaMitsuhiko]: "Raaan-san?" He was still walking around. Surely, he'd heard something over the PA about them or something of that anyway... He started to think about the worst. "No way, that could never be! Ran-san is a karate champion. She'd never get kidnapped." His face started to sadden. He turned around and ran back outside.
EdogawaConan: *k* Hattori Heiji, the son of
Vermouth-Ran: *sighs* Take care of Angel...
WatanabeEiji: Oh right.
WatanabeEiji: He came and visited me this afternoon.
EdogawaConan: *k* I'm guessing they knocked him out and took him along after he tried to rescue Ayumi-chan...
Vermouth-Ran: *runs into the mall*
WatanabeEiji: I see.
WatanabeEiji: I'll have my men on this. I'll contact the
EdogawaConan: *k* Thanks.
Vermouth-Ran: *grabs Ran's cellphone*
* WatanabeEiji hangs up and starts the work to start the case.
Vermouth-Ran: I should call cool kid now...
Vermouth-Ran: Ah, here! *calls Conan*
* EdogawaConan hangs up phone
Vermouth-Ran: *coughs, preparing her voice*
[TsuburayaMitsuhiko]: "Hakase! Conan-kun!" He ran up to them both. "I couldn't find Ran-san... You don't think she too was?" His face became hurt and worried.
[TsuburayaMitsuhiko]: He wished Haibara was there.
EdogawaConan: *Conan's phone rings* Huh? *answers*
Vermouth-Ran: Conan-kun?
EdogawaConan: Ran-neechan!
[TsuburayaMitsuhiko]: He gulped.
[TsuburayaMitsuhiko]: He smiled. 'Great!'
EdogawaConan: Where are you?
Vermouth-Ran: A-ah-- I think I'm lost! Where are you guys?
EdogawaConan: Mitsuhiko-kun just went looking for you....
EdogawaConan: We're outside....
EdogawaConan: *doing a little-boy impression*
Vermouth-Ran: *thinking* "Mitsuhiko... The little friend, right"
Vodka: Ah...
Vermouth-Ran: I'll be there in a minute!
Vodka: I should call Aniki.
* Vodka calls Gin.
Vermouth-Ran: Take care, Conan-kun!
EdogawaConan: Ah! Ran-neechan!
EdogawaConan: *phone clicks*
[TsuburayaMitsuhiko]: "That was odd..."
* EdogawaConan curses under his breath
Vermouth-Ran: *hangs up*
Vermouth-Ran: Damn... *fixing the wig, while running*
Vodka: Aniki. I'm nearing the drop point.
[TsuburayaMitsuhiko]: "Haibara-san! I should call her..." He clicked on his badge. "Haibara-san, can you hear me?"
Gin: Good. I had to deal with a minor annoyance before I could get away.
Gin: I'll arrive shortly.
* EdogawaConan still has the glasses turned on, so he can see where Mitsu and Ai are...and Hakase, who still has Conan's badge
Chianti: Damn~ I'm SO bored~ Who is it?
* Vermouth-Ran rushes out the mall
HaibaraAi: "Tsuburaya-kun? I'm at the hotel room still. What on earth happened out there?"
* Vodka hangs up.
Vodka: It was Aniki, as I said.
* EdogawaConan spots "ran"
ProfessorAgasa: Ran-kun...
EdogawaConan: Ran-neechan! *runs up to her*
* ProfessorAgasa his voice is defeated.
Vermouth-Ran: Conan-kun! Hakase! *smiles*
EdogawaConan: Ran-neechan, can you take Mitsuhiko-kun back to the hotel?
Vodka: Anyway, you'll get your shot later, Chianti.
[TsuburayaMitsuhiko]: "Ah. I'll explain things when we meet up... But right now it's sorta bad."
Vermouth-Ran: ... Where's--- *thinking* Ayumi-chan?
HaibaraAi: 'bad...' Her eyes narrowed.
HaibaraAi: "Ok. Hurry up, would ya?"
[TsuburayaMitsuhiko]: "Yes." he clicked off the badge. "Ran-san! I was worried..."
EdogawaConan: *eyes narrow at the pause* Ran-neechan?
[TsuburayaMitsuhiko]: "Ran-san! Terrible things happened!"
Vermouth-Ran: Mitsuhiko-kun! W-- What happened?!
EdogawaConan: Ayumi-chan was kidnapped.
EdogawaConan: So was Hattori.
[TsuburayaMitsuhiko]: "Ayumi-chan and Heiji-san were kidnapped!"
Vermouth-Ran: What?! *faking surprise*
EdogawaConan: *waits to see if "Ran" corrects him for not calling Hattori with "niichan"*
Vermouth-Ran: B-- But how?!--- *gives Conan a serious look and suddenly, she puts again her cute-worried eyes* Did you call the police?!
[TsuburayaMitsuhiko]: "Ran-san. I think we should go back to the hotel! I'm worried about the rest of us...” He looked at the floor. He was ashamed that he couldn't do anything. He was too slow.
EdogawaConan: Yes.
* Vermouth-Ran is worried for real about the real Ran... Was leaving her with the BO a good idea?
EdogawaConan: *eyes narrow farther*
EdogawaConan: Where's Ran?
EdogawaConan: What did you do with her?
Vermouth-Ran: ... What? *blinks, staring at Conan* I'm here, Conan-kun
[TsuburayaMitsuhiko]: "Huh? But Conan-kun...” He looked at him and to 'ran'.
* EdogawaConan has realized that this is NOT Ran, and therefore must be Vermouth.
EdogawaConan: You're here. But you're not Ran.
EdogawaConan: What did you do with her?
EdogawaConan: Did you take her too?
EdogawaConan: Why did you take Ayumi-chan? She's not even involved in any of this!
Vermouth-Ran: I-- Don’t know what you're talking about--- *putting her hands onto her chest*
EdogawaConan: I think you do, Vermouth.
[TsuburayaMitsuhiko]: He looked at Conan and Hakase confused. Hakase wasn't even surprised of any sorts. There were many secrets that he and the other DB's weren't aware of.
* ProfessorAgasa was actually surprised, but the person playing him was afk.
EdogawaConan: Now what did you do with them?
EdogawaConan: Why did you take Ayumi-chan?
Vermouth-Ran: Are you feeling OK, Conan-kun? *gets closer to him, pressing her forehead against Conan's. Once she's face to face, she whispers* Shut up. She's our hostage.
EdogawaConan: *pulls on her face* Why?
EdogawaConan: Why did you take Ayumi-chan? She's not even involved in any of this! *harsh whisper*
Vermouth-Ran: Don’t talk about this in front of the little gentleman. And don’t worry about your little cute girlfriend Ayumi.
EdogawaConan: *harsh whisper* Ayumi-chan's more like a little sister. You know that.
Vermouth-Ran: And never---- *furious, grabbing Conan's shoulders very, very tight* Never leave Angel alone like this again. Never.
EdogawaConan: *glaring back at her*
Vermouth-Ran: *stands up* Let's go back to the hotel, then
* ProfessorAgasa leans down next to Shinichi.
Vermouth-Ran: Ne~ Mitsuhiko-kun?
ProfessorAgasa: Is that--?
EdogawaConan: *harsh whisper* Don't touch her!
[TsuburayaMitsuhiko]: "Huh? What?" His head jerked up. He snapped out of his daze.
EdogawaConan: *whispering to Hakase* That's Vermouth....
* ProfessorAgasa tenses up.
EdogawaConan: *to Hakase* Which means that They have Ran.
EdogawaConan: *to Hakase* And at the moment there's really nothing I can do about it...
ProfessorAgasa: Oh no...
ProfessorAgasa: This is all my fault...
* ProfessorAgasa begins to shake.
* EdogawaConan gives Hakase a sharp look
EdogawaConan: Your fault? How?
ProfessorAgasa: If I hadn't caved and brought them all to
ProfessorAgasa: We knew it was dangerous...
ProfessorAgasa: How could I do this?
EdogawaConan: And what would you have told them?
EdogawaConan: That they couldn't follow their case? The one with your friend?
ProfessorAgasa: Something else! (A little louder than he would have liked)
ProfessorAgasa: Anything!
ProfessorAgasa: Am I slipping?
EdogawaConan: Hakase! Keep your voice down!
ProfessorAgasa: What kind of 'genius' takes kids to a foreign city where a criminal organization is looking for them...
* ProfessorAgasa covers his face with his hands.
[TsuburayaMitsuhiko]: "Da- danger would have ensued anyway, wouldn't it?" He looked up at Hakase. "There'd only be you and Conan-kun, right?"
EdogawaConan: We knew that the case of 'Kudou's' appearance here was dangerous...but we had no reason to believe that your friend's case would be dangerous.
EdogawaConan: We didn't know that they were connected.
* ProfessorAgasa lets out a big sigh.
Vermouth-Ran: *Stares at Conan, with her seductive-mature-look (so un-Ran), thinking* "How did he recognized me...?"
EdogawaConan: And they weren't looking for the kids, they were looking for me, and maybe for Hattori.
* ProfessorAgasa whispers back to Conan, "It will take a lot of restraint to not punch her square in the face."
EdogawaConan: Just think about what the real Ran would do if you tried that.
ProfessorAgasa: Alright.
ProfessorAgasa: The hotel then.
Vermouth-Ran: *stares at Mitsuhiko* So... what do you know about the kidnapping, Mitsuhiko-kun? *blinks*
[TsuburayaMitsuhiko]: "Haibara-san is all alone. WE should get back."
* Gin calls Vermouth's phone, not knowing if it's on or off.
EdogawaConan: I'm going to see if I can get anything at the police station.
EdogawaConan: Mitsuhiko-kun!
[TsuburayaMitsuhiko]: "I didn't get there in time.. I only heard the squeal of the van's wheels."
[TsuburayaMitsuhiko]: "What?"
EdogawaConan: *walks over and whispers carefully to Mistu*
EdogawaConan: I want you to protect
ProfessorAgasa: Ran-kun...
EdogawaConan: Don't let anything hurt her.
ProfessorAgasa: Conan-kun has had a tiring day like all of us.
ProfessorAgasa: I'm sure he's just worried. He's seeing danger where there is none.
EdogawaConan: Make sure she stays safe. Can you do that?
[TsuburayaMitsuhiko]: He was surprised at this comment. "I will."
EdogawaConan: Thanks. *claps him on the shoulder*
Vermouth-Ran: Don’t worry, Conan-kun... I--- *stares at her -Vermouth's- phone*

EdogawaConan: *thinks* That is NOT Ran's phone.
Vermouth-Ran: S-- Sorry! *picks up her cellphone* Sonoko-chan? *smiles*
EdogawaConan: I can't ask any more than that of you.
[TsuburayaMitsuhiko]: "...chan?" Mitsuhiko blinked. Didn't ran-san usually refer her to Sonoko only?
Gin: ...
Gin: I am not amused by your games, Vermouth.
Gin: You do not need to reply to this call.
Gin: I get the idea of the situation you're in.
Vermouth-Ran: Jeez, Sonoko, you're upset? *smiling*
Gin: You are not sticking to the plan.
Gin: Get to the warehouse NOW.
Gin: Finish your business and come here.
Gin: We already have what we need.
[TsuburayaMitsuhiko]: There was something off. Something weird. Dark secrets... Haibara-san must have been involved somehow...
Vermouth-Ran: Aah~ Give me time, and I'll get that souvenir for you!
* %EdogawaConan watching Vermouth closely, realizing that this was possibly his only link to Ayumi, Hattori, and the real Ran* . . . *narrows his eyes at Vermouth, willing to do what it takes to keep her away from Haibara and the others as well*

* Gin hangs up.
Vermouth-Ran: Take care, Sonoko-chan! *hangs up*
* Gin leans onto his Porsche.
* Gin pulls the badge out of his pocket.
Gin: A tracker, eh?
Gin: Very clever, Kudou Shinichi-kun. Tracking your little rats as they wind through my maze.
Gin: But now they will be your downfall.
* Vermouth-Ran grabs her cellphone again, calling Gin
* Gin pulls the plastic out of the badge and throws the plastic on the ground, stomping it.

* Gin strolls over to a pile of drugged bodies and tosses the badge on top of a little, unconscious detective girl who is on top of the stack.

EdogawaConan: *blinks, startled, as his glasses beep softly, the display flickering briefly to show the dot of Ayumi's badge jump back onto the display* !!

* Gin smiles at the missed call.
Vodka: Aniki. Shouldn't you answer that?
Gin: I'll let Vermouth have her fun. She's not needed for this portion.
[TsuburayaMitsuhiko]: Mitsuhiko gave a worried look. It was clear that the woman was NOT Ran-san. Who was it?
* Gin bares his teeth in a sinister smile.
* Vermouth-Ran types a text message to Gin --: "Take care of the doll I left at my car. If you want to have fun with Kudou, she's her favorite toy. DONT hurt her. XXX"
EdogawaConan: *holding his glasses by the rim again, his eyes widening when he sees the badge isn't moving* *faintly* Ayumi... *grits his teeth, dropping his skateboard to the ground and jumping on it*
[TsuburayaMitsuhiko]: "Conan-kun! Don't just leave us here!"
ProfessorAgasa: Conan-kun!

EdogawaConan: I know. *a grim smile tugs at his lips, pulling a phone out of his pocket* I've got some idea of what to do. *steps on the button and roars off, making the skateboard jump off the sidewalk and into the street, cutting off a car in the process*
ProfessorAgasa: Ah...
[TsuburayaMitsuhiko]: Mitsuhiko was terrified right now. There was this woman that wasn't Ran-san even though she claimed to be. Could he really leave him with that woman? And there is Conan-kun and Ayumi-chan... Conan-kun can track her. But Haibara-san...
* ProfessorAgasa turns to Ran.
ProfessorAgasa: Yes. We called the police.
ProfessorAgasa: Let's go back to the hotel.
* ProfessorAgasa calls for a cab.
Vermouth-Ran: B-- But-- Conan-kun?
[TsuburayaMitsuhiko]: "I think you know Conan-kun will be fine." He said as he hopped into the cab.
EdogawaConan: *flips open his cell phone, desperately typing a message to someone and sends it before taking out his bow tie to make another call*
Vermouth-Ran: I have to do something before heading to the hotel! Sonoko asked me to buy a souvenir for her
* ProfessorAgasa narrows his eyes.
ProfessorAgasa: I think it would be wise for us to stay together considering the circumstances.
HaibaraAi: Haibara felt a shiver. Her phone vibrated alerting her there was a text. 'Get out?' Her eyes widened. 'Kudou-kun...' Her worst fears were coming alive.
* ProfessorAgasa lightly grips Vermouth's arm.
Vermouth-Ran: I-- I guess you're right-- Hakase! *blinks with an innocent look, staring at the professor, trying to act like a school girl*
ProfessorAgasa: Let's get in the cab.
HaibaraAi: Haibara grabbed her watch. She knew she'd need it. "I knew it. They are..." She whispered to her self and left the room.
* ProfessorAgasa lets go and motions for Mitsuhiko to get in the front seat.
[TsuburayaMitsuhiko]: Hops into the front. 'I've got to get there first'
* RanMouri blinks, grabbing her head with one hand, feeling dizzy
HaibaraAi: She didn't know if she should leave clues. Probably not. Kudou-kun could track her anyway. Vermouth would be able to figure out the clues.
EdogawaConan: *rolls slowly to a stop close to where the badge is, having already called the chief inspector with Kudou's voice to give off another tip, but scouting ahead to see if there's anything he could do on his own before the police got there*
RanMouri: w-- where---?
* Gin turns to face Ran.
* Gin smiles a devilish smile.
* RanMouri is scared. Shivering, she holds her head again, in pain
RanMouri: W-- Who--?
Gin: You know, Ran-kun, it's a shame that your tantei-san put you in this position.
Gin: You're in a rather unique situation now.
* Gin points at the chains that hold her a few feet off the ground.

HaibaraAi: Haibara took the stairs incase there were any ways of tracking on the elevator. She wasn't sure where to go it being a
Gin: The angel costume was my associate's idea.
Gin: If Kudou doesn't arrive soon...
Gin: You'll be a FALLEN angel.
* Gin chuckles.
RanMouri: I--- W- Where am I?! Who ARE you?!
Gin: I'm afraid now is not the time for you to know that.
Gin: What it is time for you to know is what is below you.
* Gin points to the meat-packing plant's shredder.
RanMouri: ....! K-- K-- KYAAAAAA! *closes her eyes*
Gin: Let's hope your tantei-san arrives soon, shall we?
* RanMouri starts crying, shivering.
RanMouri: S-- Shinichi----
Vodka: Aniki.
Gin: You're done with the barrels?
EdogawaConan: *has stashed his skateboard away somewhere out of sight, and is now investigating where the badge leads him, his watch ready to fire as he cautiously investigates the area, quickly getting close to them*
* RanMouri stares at the two, having a flashback. A rollercoaster, tropical land...
Gin: Back off then.
* RanMouri shivers, suddenly feeling a huge pain in her head at the memories
* Vermouth-Ran grabs Ran's cellphone, typing a text message to Conan --: "Save her, silver bullet"
Vodka: Yea, Aniki.
Vodka: What about Chianti and Korn?
Gin: Don't worry, they're in position.

Gin: Just get into position.
Vodka: Aniki, one last thing.
Vodka: How do you know Kudou won't bring the police?

EdogawaConan: *finds the main room, but rather than simply running in, pauses to glance around the edge cautiously, and gets a shocked look upon seeing the scene; Gin and Vodka!*
* RanMouri is trying to get rid of the chains
* Ayumi starts to shift, slowly regaining consciousness
* Vodka goes and leans against a wall.
* Ayumi slowly opens her eyes, looking around...
* Gin trudges up to the stack of bodies and stares down at Ayumi.
Ayumi: *thinking* Wh-what? What happened....?
HattoriHeiji: Heiji groaned and put his hand to his head. His vision was very blurry and he tried to sit up. His head throbbing with pain.
RanMouri: Who are you? *Stares at Gin, trying to figure out a plan to escape*
Ayumi: *remembers* Heiji-oniisan! The guy!
* Gin pulls out his pistol.
* Ayumi sits up suddenly, and finds herself staring directly at the strung-up Ran...
Gin: Three hostages are a liability.
HattoriHeiji: "Ayumi-chan...?" He looked at her dazed. Now he remembered. He got conked on the back of the head with a bat. Like Kudou...
Ayumi: *thinking* Ran-oneesan!!
Gin: We have one chained up.
* Vodka nods and gets off the wall, pulling out his gun as he walks.
RanMouri: *shivering, staring at the gun*
* Ayumi starts trying to scramble down from where she is, looking for a way to try and help Ran-oneesan....
* Gin grabs Ayumi.
Gin: Trying to leave again, Tantei-chan?
Ayumi: KYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Gin: I thought you wanted to solve the mystery...
RanMouri: A-- Ayumi-chan!

Gin: Well?
* Gin smiles.
EdogawaConan: *cautiously trying to get a better idea of the room without being noticed* . . . !! *sees Gin pull out the gun and throwing caution to the wind, steps around the door and fires his wrist watch at Gin's arm, dashing into the room, hiding behind another object before anyone can get a clear look at him*
Gin: Agh!
* Gin throws Ayumi down.
* Gin grips his arm.
Vodka: Aniki!
RanMouri: AYUMI!
Vodka: ANIKI!
* Gin puts the gun to his left arm.
Ayumi: KYAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!
* Gin bites his tongue.
* Gin pulls the trigger.
HattoriHeiji: "Ayumi-chan!" Heiji tried to punch Gin despite his dizziness
* Ayumi scrambles up and runs away from Gin.
* Ayumi rushes to find a hiding place, but still hasn't noticed the other bad guy in the room
RanMouri: Hattori-kun, stay away!
* Gin gets hit in the head, but it's glancing due to the dizziness.
* Ayumi is trying to make here way towards Ran...
* Vodka ignores Ayumi and shoots at Hattori's leg.
RanMouri: Stay there, Ayumi...! *crying* Stay there and don’t move...
* Gin struggles to his feet.
HattoriHeiji: "Ah!" Heiji leapt out of the way.
EdogawaConan: *into his bow tie, using a random, adult, male voice* Stop it!!
Ayumi: R-ran-oneesan!
* Ayumi is startled by the new voice
HattoriHeiji: "Neechan. I'll be fine. Just worry about you and Ayumi-chan!"
* Ayumi glances around, trying to find the source of the voice
Gin: Kudou is here!
RanMouri: S--- Shinichi--- Tasukete--- *crying, hugging herself*
Gin: Deal with the hostages, Vodka.
* Gin walks toward the sound of the voice.
* Ayumi decides Ran-oneesan is more important and runs over to her
* Vodka walks to Hattori, gun pointed at his chest.
* Ayumi looks up at the chains, trying to see if there's anything she can do to help free Ran.
HattoriHeiji: 'Ku- Kudou..' He glared down Vodka
EdogawaConan: *leaves a small mic on the object he's hiding behind, and dashes around it towards another thing, hoping to outrun anything that gets thrown at him, gunshot or otherwise*
Ayumi: R-Ran-oneesan!
Ayumi: Are you OK?
RanMouri: S-- So-- *stares at Vodka* You have something against Kudou Shinichi, right?
Vodka: Aniki! What do you want me to do?
* Gin is distracted by the movement.
* Gin fires at the movement, but misses.
Gin: I don't care! Kill him!
* Ayumi thinks these are the bad guys that Prince Shinichi is supposed to be fighting.
* Vodka fires at Hattori's knees.
HattoriHeiji: Heiji growled. He really wished he had a pipe.
RanMouri: WAIT!
* Ayumi starts to wonder where Shinichi-oniisan is.
RanMouri: *trying to get closer to Vodka*
RanMouri: Listen to me!
HattoriHeiji: Heiji had no use of his legs now. "Damn it."
Vodka: Shut up! Shut up you stupid girl!
RanMouri: If you want Kudou Shinichi, release the girl and the boy, and take me as the hostage.
Ayumi: No!
Ayumi: Ran-oneesan!!
RanMouri: I'm his girlfriend.
Ayumi: You said you weren't.....
RanMouri: Release them and take me.
Vodka: Shut UP! You're ALREADY a hostage!
* Ayumi looks around to see if there's anything she can use to move the chains so she can get Ran down.
Gin: Kudou Shinichi-kun!
Gin: Come out Tantei-san!
Ayumi: Shinichi-oniisan's not here! *yelling at Gin*
Gin: I heard his voice!
HattoriHeiji: "You know. You are really a coward using a weapon like that. There's no pride in them...”
Ayumi: No you didn't.
Ayumi: That wasn't Shinichi-oniisan's voice....
Vodka: You know something about cowardice?
Vodka: I don't care about it.
EdogawaConan: *closes his eyes, changing the voice to his teen voice; if they're convinced it's him... then maybe it was too late to hide himself.* If I'm already here... then let them go safely. They don't know anything. I haven't told anyone about -you-.
Ayumi: Shinichi-oniisan doesn't sound like that at all...
* Vodka pistol whips Hattori and turns on Ayumi.
RanMouri: S-- Shinichi!
RanMouri: STOP IT! *yelling at Vodka* DONT---!
HattoriHeiji: "Ugh!" Heiji fell back on to his back. Not really being able to move anymore
Ayumi: *eyes go wide, recognizing Shinichi-oniisan's voice*
Gin: Ah- So you're the infamous Kudou Shinichi-kun.
Gin: You've really become a hassle, you know that?
Gin: I don't have a hard job, Tantei-san. My job is to fix problems.
Gin: And this one is about to be fixed.
* Ayumi puffs up with a deep breath, and yells at the top of her lungs, hoping to either summon help or cause a distraction
* Gin slowly advances.

* Ayumi then ducks away
* Ayumi moves behind the contraption holding Ran up

* Ayumi continues looking for something to help get Ran down....
Ayumi: Yeah right!
Vodka: Did we hurt you before?
EdogawaConan: *smirks softly, placing another mic, and dashes to the next spot, dodging any gunfire toward him* "Maybe I am Kudou Shinichi. Maybe I'm not. But they've nothing to do with this! *also hiding behind the contraption, and startles when Ayumi rounds around it* ?!
RanMouri: Ayumi!!
Ayumi: ?!
* Gin converges on the contraption with Vodka

Ayumi: How do we get Ran-oneesan down?
Gin: Kudou Shinichi-kun.
EdogawaConan: *raises a finger to his lips, fear briefly reflected in his eyes, silently telling her not to say anything*
Ayumi: And when did you get here?
Gin: I have one thing to say to you before you die.
Ayumi: Where's Shinichi-oniisan? *whispering really soft now*
